No special operator training skills are needed. Simply insert an image, and in seconds it is evenly protected with a scratch resistant, water resistant, image enhancing coating. These units feature variable production speed from 20-110 feet per minute. An innovative ultra violet dryer assures high speed curing - the result is an unblemished gloss, luster or matte finish. The AccuCure 60 UV and AccuCure 80 UV are both cost-effective and efficient to operate; thereby assuring a much improved production flow. The usual bottle neck in your finishing department due to expensive, time consuming lamination or spraying is eliminated.
Easy Operation and Maintenance
The AccuCure 60 UV and AccuCure 80 UV are user-friendly, easy to maintain, and feature an automatic liquid delivery system. The coating liquid is pumped to the dispensing system from one of three available holding tanks below the machine. The system automatically cycles and filters the coating liquid at the precise volume required. AccuCure coating does not evaporate, and only cures when exposed to high intensity UV light. Depending on use, these machines only require a weekly cleaning.
