Using Phase One on 4x5
With a Phase One digital back you can take advantage of all the unique photographic techniques that your 4x5 view camera provides. Phase One's digital camera backs fit onto most 4x5 view cameras either by means of Phase One's FlexAdaptor or adapters from other suppliers.
Wide-angle View via Digital Image Stitching
The Phase One FlexAdaptor does more than just adapt to view cameras. It allows image stitching of up to three digital images. By means of the FlexAdaptor you can capture two or three overlapping images. These are then stitched together automatically and processed into one large TIFF file by the capture software controlling the digital back. The main reason for image stitching is to create a wide-angle image or obtain a higher resolution in order to print huge posters or canvas banners.

Camera Support
Phase One's FlexAdaptor is a versatile sliding adapter that allows Phase One's single shot direct digital imaging systems, the Phase One H 5, H 10, H 20 and the new Phase One H 25, to be mounted on various 4x5 view cameras from Sinar, Horseman, Cambo, Linhof, Toyo, and Arca Swiss. Please note that the H 20 only allows up to two overlapping shots.
Once mounted, you can choose to shoot single shots or you can choose to take overlapping shots and stitch them together with software. The final result is a high resolution, panoramic image.

Unused/unopened products may be returned within 15 days of invoice date.
