Peak Performance for Indoor & Outdoor Applications

A vacuum-control system enables smooth substrate transport at high speeds. With a 62-in. maximum media width, the printer uses Konica-Minolta, 12-pl printheads that can deliver a 720 x 1,440-dpi resolution. A fast-scan motor drives a shuttle with six printheads, each boasting 1,024 nozzles, which increases speed. Shuttle-safety sensors protect the printheads at variable substrate heights. An ionizing bar prevents electrostatic loads on substrates to ensure optimum ink-droplet positioning. The printer handles roll-to-roll and rigid media. The printer is suitable for screenprinters, commercial printers, signshops and photo labs that require high throughput for heavy workloads.

Outstanding Printing

The six, 12 picolitre heads on the Anapurna M2 guarantee printing of good solids, fine text reproduction of up to 6 pt, good tonal rendering and low ink consumption. The M2 system features a robust and industrial engineered concept, fit for sustained higher work loads. The 1024 nozzles produce top quality prints at 720 x 1440 dpi on uncoated rigid media, such as corrugated boards, rigid plastics, exhibition panels, stage graphics and advertising panels, as well as roll media such as film, vinyl and paper, canvas and banners of up to 4.5 cm thick. An ionizer bar sees to it that there are no electro-static loads on the substrate, ensuring optimum ink droplet control and therefore delivering the highest print quality.

Automation

:Anapurna M2's automatic vacuum system provides equal vacuum throughout the whole printing process, whether printing roll or rigid materials. With the automatic vacuum system, expect flawless media transport for accurate print results all the time. The ring-blower driving the vacuum system is built-in in the printer, reducing the noise to a minimum for even more user convenience.

:Anapurna M2 incorporates a set of shuttle safety sensors to prevent print- heads from touching the substrate. This will avoid any possible damage to print-heads. Media loading is very straightforward with automated features such as the media registration bar and head height adjustment. Dual board or borderless printing maximises the productivity.
