Velotex: Xpress

The Velotex is an easy to use textile printer with in-line direct dye sublimation for beautiful textile printing. This is a complete, out of the box, low-cost system that allows you to be up and printing flags, banners and other textiles shortly after delivery.

What are the components that make this system work so well?

• The printer: The Velotex Xpress textile printer with in-line direct dye sublimation. The machine and engine of this printer are adapted from one of the industry's tried and true solvent printers, that is easy to use, operate and maintain. Many print production staff will already be familiar with the operation of this body and engine.
• US Sublimation Ink This is a highly concentrated ink manufacturered in Switzerland. It produces rich, vibrant colors at a low average cost of only $0.18 per square foot. Even when printed on a wide variety of fabrics, the colors maintain the strength and vibrancy that would be expected from an opaque surface.
• Fuzion Fabrics This broad line of textiles come in a "Green" line or "Premium" line. All of these fabrics are profiled to work with the Velotex system for perfect, rich colors out of the box. Whether you are printing with the Green line, or Premium line, there will be plenty left over for your bottom line as the costs range from $0.08 to $0.30 per square foot.
• Wasatch Softrip This easy to use software RIP is fully featured enough to meet the demands of an advanced user, while still being easy enough to operate for a beginning user.
• Nationwide On-Site Support Time is money and Velotex knows that. If you ever run into technical issues, you can count on a network of 82 factory trained technicians located around the country.
