The DisplayMaker 72UVR is a high-speed, low-cost hybrid UV-curable inkjet printer designed for printing high quality graphics on inexpensive rigid or flexible roll materials. The DisplayMaker 72UVR is a 72" production printer that produces extremely durable, high-quality output for outdoor and indoor applications. Using SolaChrome UV pigmented inks on inexpensive uncoated rigid media, DisplayMaker 72UVR lets you produce great-looking output at great prices. What's more, the DisplayMaker 72UVR includes outstanding automated features to ensure print quality and enhance your productivity. It's easy to operate and easy to maintain.
For High Resolution and Low Maintenance
DisplayMaker 72UVR uses ColorSpan’s Micro-Quad head technology- sixteen 'industrial-strength' piezo-electric printheads configured in four interlacing rows per process color. Each printhead jets micro-sized (30-picoliter) droplets of ink to deliver near-continuous tone output at true 600 x 600-dpi resolution.
Pigmented SolaChrome UV Inks For Easy Operation and UV Durability
UV-curable SolaChrome inks are specially formulated for Micro-Quad technology, ensuring jet reliability, extended printhead life and less overall printer maintenance. The 3-liter ink containers are sealed and easy to load. SolaChrome UV inks (available in C,M,Y,K) are also formulated to print vibrant, high-resolution output that can withstand outdoor use (2-3 years depending on the application.) The printhead assembly houses the UV light source that cures the ink instantly as it is printing.
Inexpensive, Uncoated Media For Low-Cost Production
No more laminating. No more mounting. DisplayMaker 72UVR prints directly onto common display boards like GatorBoard, Fome-Cor and CoroPlast up to 1/4-inch thick. Or, print onto inexpensive rolls of low-cost vinyls, papers, fabrics, films and more.
