ColorEdge CG Models:
These models offer extensive calibration capabilities including brightness, white point, and gamma adjustment, profile generation, and post-calibration color adjustment. All models have IPS panels that offer precise color display and minimal color shift when viewed from off-center. The CG301W, CG241W, CG221 and CG211 are ColorEdge CG "Premium Edition" monitors. They include newly developed integrated circuit which features a 12-bit look-up table and 16-bit internal processing to achieve uniform brightness and color across the screen. In addition, a monitor hood and a screen cleaner kit are bundled.
CG301W
This 30-inch monitor shares the high-end features of the 24-inch CG241W including wide color gamut, 12-bit hardware calibration and 16-bit processing making it ideal for a wide range of applications including soft-proofing and digital photography.
The most unique feature of the CG301W is the ability to connect to and display two computers simultaneously. A picture-by-picture function divides the screen into two equal halves. Input from two different computers such as a Windows PC and a Macintosh can be displayed essentially in two 1200 x 1600 frames with no center bezel. Imagine working on two machines without having to toggle back and forth!
Additional features include a 6 ms response time for smooth playback of moving video images, a scaling function for viewing in resolutions less than the native screen mode and a tilt-swivel support stand that also allows a 90° pivot into portrait mode. Also included will be the newest Color Navigator software that supports both Windows Vista and Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard operating systems and the industry's best five-year/30,000 hour warranty.
CG241W
This is the brightest, widest Eizo monitor available, while also boasting the best contrast ratio and pixel pitch.
With 12-bit hardware calibration and a 6 ms response time, the ColorEdge CG241W is ideal or a wide range of tasks including pre-press, digital photography, video editing, and post production.

Brightness Stabilization Function
Ensures stable brightness - necessary for the proper display of color with EIZO patented technology. A drift correction sensor quickly stabilizes the brightness level after startup or coming out of power saving mode. Furthermore, the monitor detects and automatically compensates for brightness changes caused by surrounding temperatures and the passage of time.
Protanopia and Deuteranopia Simulation in Real Time
Simulates two types of red-green color vision deficiency: protanopia and deuteranopia. The ColorEdge CG241W does all the color conversion processing in real time-even moving images. With the bundled UniColor Pro software also developed by EIZO-the designer can instantly switch from a normal viewing mode to the Protanopia and Deuteranopia viewing modes. Until now, tools available for simulating color vision deficiency have been software based so the color conversion process can be time consuming.
CG222W
This new monitor is ideal for a wide range of projfessional environments where color reproduction is critical, including printing, publishing, graphics and photography.
The CG222W has a wide gamut LCD panel that reproduces 92% of the Adobe RGB color space so it can display most colors in a photograph taken in Adobe RGB mode. This means it covers almost all of the CMYK color spaces used for printing so it produces a reliable soft proof when calibrated. With Eizo's Digital Uniformity Equalizer function, fluctuation in brightness and chroma on different parts of the screen are a thing of the past! A 16 bit internal processing system allows greyscale rendering that is on par with high-end CRT monitors and it's 16:10 aspect radio offers more horizontal viewing space than conventional monitors. Includes ColorNavigator Calibration Software, sliding top cover and screen cleaner kit.
CG221
ColorEdge flagship model reproduces the Adobe RGB color space.
The CG221 reproduces the Adobe RGB color space and incorporates a newly developed integrated circuit to produce uniform color and brightness from corner to corner. With the bundled ColorNavigator software and a 12-bit look-up table, the CG221 delivers accurate and reliable hardware calibration so soft proofing can be done with confidence.
CG211
EIZO-developed circuitry produces uniform brightness and color across the screen.
Ideal for soft proofing, the CG211 offers 12-bit hardware calibration and uniform brightness and color across the screen. It also comes with unique usability features like hardware-based support for portrait mode with both Mac and Windows PCs.
CG19
Superb color rendering at a native 1280 x 1024 resolution.
For professionals in graphic arts and printing, the CG19 offers hardware calibration, accurate color rendition, and an ergonomic, thin bezel design for a practical alternative to CRT monitors.
ColorNavigator Software
All ColorEdgeCG monitors also come supplied with EIZO’s proprietary ColorNavigator software, which utilizes a 10- or 12-bit Look-Up Table for fast calibration of brightness, color temperature and gamma. ColorNavigator gives you simple and precise calibration. Other software features include:
