Terms
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. To establish your account with Global Imaging on credit card terms please complete the Credit Card Authorization Form.
- To apply for Net-30 terms please complete a Global Credit Application and fax it to 303.673.9923 attention: Accounting Department. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your application.
- All past due balances will accrue a finance charge of 1.5% per month until paid. All balances over 60-days will be sent to a collection agency and the customer will be responsible for all costs of collection. A $20 fee will be charged for all NSF checks.
Equipment Financing
All financing must be established prior to shipment of any merchandise.

Post-Sales Support
30 days complimentary phone support is included with install & training from Global Imaging. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will do our best to direct you to another resource.
Freight
All products are shipped FOB Origin. Freight charges vary depending on the product that is purchased and your location. See your Global Representative for an estimate on freight charges. If a liftgate is required it must be specified at the time of order. Shipping assumes dock delivery; any special rigging or handling requirements at customer's facility is the customer's responsibility. Manufacturer will carry insurance on drop shipped items, should there be an issue with freight damage, the insuring agency will handle the claims.
Ship Dates & Times
We ship products Monday through Friday. We are closed on Christmas Day, New Years Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following Thanksgiving. Order cut-off time for consumable products is 3:00 pm MST. We offer expedited shipping and courier services upon request. Contact your Global Representative for more details.
Returns
- Unused, unopened and/or damaged consumable products may be returned within 14-days of invoice date for credit or exchange.
- We cannot accept any returns for special orders or sale / clearance items.
- Before returning any merchandise, a return authorization number must be obtained from Global Imaging. Credits must be used within 30-days. All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee.
- Original freight, handling, and insurance will not be credited on returns.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Taxes
- All prices are subject to Federal, State and Local taxes when and where applicable.
- Global Imaging has locations in Colorado, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina and Texas. We collect sales tax for any sales transaction in these states.
- If you are tax exempt, please provide a valid resale certificate upon ordering. See your tax professional to find out if you qualify to be sales tax exempt.
- All sales tax or use taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
