YOUR TRUSTED SOURCE FOR BERGER TEXTILES

Berger’s reputation speaks for itself. Here’s why buying through Global Imaging makes the difference:
- Bundle and save on shipping: Companies who need fabric, transfer paper, and protective tissue are often forced to order from different manufacturers, paying shipping charges for each order. Because Global Imaging distributes all three, you can consolidate those into a single shipment and save substantially on freight. We can even offer free shipping on qualified orders.
- Expert guidance: Not sure which Berger fabric fits your application? Our team knows the lineup inside and out and can match the substrate to the job — whether that’s a retail lightbox, a trade show exhibit, or a large-scale wall covering installation.
- Fast U.S. fulfillment: We stock Berger fabrics across multiple U.S. distribution points — Las Vegas, Louisville, and the Northeast — so your order ships fast, without overseas lead time uncertainty.
Engineered for Excellence. Built for the Real World.

Berger designs its fabrics in Germany, where material science and quality control aren’t afterthoughts — they’re the entire point.
Every textile is precision-engineered to perform consistently across direct dye-sub, transfer sublimation, latex, and UV platforms. Predictable ink uptake, consistent calender results, performance you can replicate.Make surprise defects and mid-roll seams a thing of the past. These can shut down a long print run and waste everything printed up to that point. Berger’s quality control means you can trust what’s on the roll — consistently, run after run.
Their soft signage range runs up to 126″ wide, with select fabrics up to 197″ for 5-meter applications, covering backlit lightbox graphics, SEG frame systems, trade show exhibits, banners, wall coverings, crowd control systems and more.
OUR BEST SELLERS
The Berger Fabrics Our Customers Reach for Most
Not every job calls for the same substrate. Berger has engineered distinct textiles for distinct applications — here are a few of our best sellers.

Phantom — Purely Opaque
Phantom is a knitted polyester with a completely opaque, scratch-resistant black backer — 0% light transmission — making it the go-to choice for trade show exhibits, retail displays, theatre backdrops, and any application where blocking ambient light matters. Phantom performs beautifully — its printability is rated among the best in its class — and offers a soft hand and just enough stretch to make SEG fitting effortless.

Lumina — The Lightbox Standard
Lumina is Berger's flagship backlit fabric and one of the most recognized soft signage textiles in the industry. Its tightly woven construction and finely spun yarn produce exceptional color brilliance when backlit — solid, rich blacks and a wide color gamut without the pinholing or light bleed that can plague lesser fabrics. At 190 gsm, it's lightweight enough to reduce shipping costs and simplify installation, and it ships folded without creasing. Lumina is a perfect match for both transfer and direct dye-sublimation, and also compatible with latex.

Aurora — Premium Backlit Performance
Aurora is a tightly-knitted 100% polyester fabric built for the toughest backlit applications. Its smooth, uniform surface and heavy ink load capacity deliver vibrant color with deep blacks and no pinholing, whether you're running transfer or direct sublimation. Superior crease recovery after being folded for shipping makes it a practical choice for installations that need to look sharp right out of the box. An exceptional choice for dye sub printers with integrated sublimation.

Aero EVO — High-Performance Flag Fabric
Aero Evolution is a lightweight jersey-mesh flag fabric made from 100% recycled rPET. Its oval hole structure increases air permeability so flags fly and fill naturally in open-air conditions, while the perforations disappear to the eye within a few yards. The fabric of choice for high-profile outdoor events, building wraps, and grand-scale signage installations.

Sustainability That Goes Beyond the Label
Berger Textiles’ we.respect sustainability manifesto is a five-pillar strategy aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and verified by independent third parties — not a marketing checkbox.
THE FIVE PILLARS
- People: Workforce health, safety, and equity
- Carbon Footprint: Measuring and reducing product-level CO₂ emissions
- Products: Reducing virgin material use, working toward a cradle-to-cradle approach
- Packaging: Reducing quantity and improving recyclability
- Procurement: Responsible sourcing audited through the SEDEX platform
WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE
- The EVO Range: A complete set of GRS-certified soft signage textiles produced from recycled PET yarn, covering every major application: backlit, display, flag, stretch, and more. EVO fabrics perform identically to their standard counterparts. Several products — including Aero, Expandable, and Revolution — are now available in EVO versions only.
- Lumina EVO: Independently verified via CarbonQuota to carry an 18% lower carbon footprint than the standard version — with CO₂ assessments being rolled out across the full product range.
- ked.eco: A sustainable flat keder made from recycled polyester textile waste. It works in standard sewing equipment without upgrades, and at end of life, the textile and keder can be recycled together without separation.
